Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PyLernen ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Platform. They work together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

Short version: use the lessons, playground and handbook to learn; keep your account to yourself; be kind in the community; don't scrape or abuse the platform. Paid plans are one-time purchases, and your progress stays yours.
02

Definitions

To keep these Terms clear, we use the following words with specific meanings:

  • Platform: the PyLernen websites, lessons, handbook, playground, exams, certificates, community and related services
  • Content: the lessons, exercises, explanations, examples, design and other material we provide
  • User Code: code, text or other material you write, save or publish on the Platform
  • Plan: the level of access attached to your account, whether free, paid or granted by coupon
03

Your account

When you create an account, you must provide information that is accurate, complete and current. Failure to do so is a breach of these Terms.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access your account
  • You must not share your account credentials with any third party
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
  • You may not create more than one account per person without our permission
  • Accounts created by bots or other automated methods are prohibited

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

04

Platform access & plans

PyLernen offers the following access tiers:

  • Free demo: access to the first 4 lessons with no account required
  • Basic plan: full access to the service lessons, the service handbook, the service playground, the AI Debug Assistant and the certificate
  • Pro plan: everything in Basic, plus one-on-one coaching
  • Coupon access: full platform access granted through a valid coupon or partner code

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Platform, or any part of it, at any time. Where a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will give reasonable notice where possible.

05

Payments & refunds

PyLernen does not store your payment card details.

  • All prices are stated in Nigerian Naira (₦) or the USD equivalent
  • Coupon codes are applied at sign-up and are non-transferable
  • Once used, a coupon is linked to that account and cannot be reused

Refund policy

Because our product is digital and access is granted immediately, we generally do not offer refunds. If a technical issue prevents you from accessing what you paid for, contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.
