Go to the sign-in page and click "Forgot password?" — you'll receive an email with a reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
Make sure the code is entered in UPPERCASE with no extra spaces. Coupons have a limited number of uses — if yours has expired, contact us and we'll look into it.
Click the "☁️ Save to Storage" button on your dashboard to sync progress to your account. If the issue persists, try the "💾 Save Backup File" option and contact us with the file attached.
Yes! Python Quest is responsive and works on mobile browsers. For the best coding experience, we recommend using a tablet or desktop for lessons that involve the code editor.
Complete all 20 lessons and pass the Certification Exam with 75% or higher. A certificate view will appear with a "Download Certificate" button. If you passed but can't find your certificate, use the "Generate Missing Certificates" button in your account sidebar.
Our payment gateway is currently under construction. In the meantime, you can get full access for free using a valid coupon code. Sign up to our platform to be notified when paid plans launch.
