Go to the sign-in page and select "Forgot password?". You will receive an email with a reset link. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
Make sure the code is entered in UPPERCASE with no extra spaces. Coupons have a limited number of uses, so if yours has expired, contact us and we will look into it.
Select "Save to Storage" on your dashboard to sync progress to your account. If the issue persists, use "Save Backup File" and contact us with the file attached.
Yes. PyLernen is responsive and works in mobile browsers. For the best coding experience, we recommend a tablet or desktop for lessons that use the code editor.
Complete all 20 lessons and pass the Certification Exam with 75% or higher. A certificate view appears with a "Download Certificate" button. If you passed but cannot find it, use "Generate Missing Certificates" in your account sidebar.
Yes. Valid coupon and partner codes still grant full access at no cost. Enter your code on the coupon redemption page when you sign up. Coupon codes cannot be combined with a paid plan purchase.
Yes. We run live, instructor-led sessions and private group training with a certificate for every attendee. See Live Training or send us a message with the topic "Other".
